Painted Sheet Metal

Painted sheet metal, used as a building material in various sectors, is produced by painting metal sheets, which are formed through a cold rolling process, with polyester paint. To eliminate the risk of corrosion, painted sheet metal is coated with galvanized material, making it a preferred choice in various industrial areas due to its long-lasting use.

Flat-painted sheet metal is cut into various sizes according to customer demands and needs. With its smooth surface, durable structure, and long-lasting usage, painted sheet metal stands out among other coating products and is frequently used in many different fields, especially in the construction sector.

In painted sheet metal production, raw thick sheets are first flattened through a hot rolling process. The metal sheet, pressed between two large cylinders, undergoes a cold rolling process to achieve a smooth appearance. In the final step, the sheet is painted with polyurethane paint and cut into desired sizes to be provided to customers.
