DKP Sheet

What is DKP Sheet?

DKP sheets are obtained by passing thick plates through rollers, that is, by means of rolling. They can be produced either in roll form or flat, depending on demand, and are widely used.

The thickness of DKP sheets varies between 0.30 millimeters and 2 millimeters. This variation depends on the thickness of the products and the length and number of rolling systems.

DKP sheets are divided into many groups. Each type has different areas of application, properties, and shapes.

This type of sheet can be obtained in various sizes during production. For example, it can be produced within the range of 0.2 mm to 2 mm, depending on the desired thickness. There are many options for use and needs between these two thickness units. Additionally, it can be produced as flat sheets or rolled sheets according to customer requests and needs.

Among the characteristics of DKP sheets, various kg types can also be sold depending on customer demand. In this regard, kg sales options such as 10002000, 12002400, 12502500, and 15003000 are available. All these thickness, shaping, and kg characteristics allow for production according to needs and areas of use.

These sheets have a very high shaping capability, providing ease of use in many fields. Therefore, their preference rate is extremely high.

  • The deep drawing feature of DKP sheets is one of the primary reasons for their preference in production and manufacturing requiring toughness and flexibility.

  • DKP rolled sheets and DKP sheet plates are among the most preferred products in the white goods sector due to their ease of shaping and welding properties.

  • DKP sheets are more commonly used in kitchenware due to their suitability for enamel coating.

Advantages of DKP Sheets

The areas of use for sheets have a very wide scope. They provide a more aesthetic appearance compared to standard black sheets. This appearance makes it possible to use them in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The most important reasons that can be counted among the advantages of DKP sheets are as follows:

These sheets are very easy to shape both during production and usage. For this reason, they are preferred more than other sheets.

Visually, they have a brighter structure compared to classic sheets. Their smooth structure makes them more appealing in the area of use. Additionally, they facilitate processes such as painting applied on them.

DKP sheets provide diversity in terms of the area of use as they can be produced in flat sheet or pipe sheet form during the production phase. The ability to shape them according to the needed area is also a reason for preferring this product.

Another advantage is the availability of many options in thickness. We produce sheets in ideal size and thickness according to your needs, with thickness options varying between 0.2 mm and 2 mm.

DKP sheets are cleaner materials compared to standard black sheets. When placed side by side, DKP sheets are clearly distinguishable. Despite not being stainless steel, they have a more durable structure than other sheets. If used outdoors, painting can ensure a longer lifespan.
