What is a Scaffold Pipe?
Scaffold pipes are components used in formwork systems, steel constructions, and the agricultural sector. The spacing between the ridge and grid, as well as the distance between the telescopic pipe stands, can be adjusted based on the load of the flooring in this system.
Scaffold pipes, also known by various names such as "telescopic scaffolds, telescopic stands, telescopic columns, iron posts, construction posts, telescopic posts, and iron stands," have different usage forms. Scaffold pipes are supported by telescopic pipe stands of 300, 350, and 400 cm, as well as tripods.
Scaffold pipes meet the TS EN 1065 quality standards. These pipes can be used in harmony with other systems. In addition to the main element of the system, the stands, auxiliary support elements such as tripods, U-heads, and double-way heads are also used.
They are manufactured using high-frequency welding (ERW) from steel bands of standard quality DC01 (DIN EN 10130), S185, S235JRH/J0H/J2H, S275J0H/J2H, and S355J0H/J2H (DIN EN 10025), in accordance with DIN 2394, TS EN 10305-3, and TS EN 10219-2 standards.
